Job Description
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources team as well as Regional Operations. This role is responsible for supporting the full onboarding process for new hires while assisting with daily HR and office operations. This is a full-time hourly position located in the Midland, Texas Hiring Center. The position is fully onsite; remote work is not available. The scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities Support new hires throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Monitor onboarding workflows and ensure completion of all required documentation, including physical questionnaires. Assist applicants with completing onboarding requirements and employment paperwork. Review employment eligibility documents and process E-Verify requirements in compliance with federal regulations. Provide general administrative support, including HR phone line, data entry, tracking information, and addressing walk-ins. Maintain employee records and filing systems within SharePoint while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive HR information. Assist the Human Resources team with the administration of HR policies, programs, and processes. Provide administrative support to managers and HR-related projects as assigned.
