Job Description

The HR Associate supports daily human resources operations and provides administrative assistance across recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and employee relations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and applicants, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and leave administration. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and personnel documentation. Assist with training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3 years of experience in human resources. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Pay :
