We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator Intermediate to support hiring operations and candidate logistics in Plano, Texas. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep recruiting activities organized, communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams, and manage scheduling and administrative tasks with accuracy. The role will contribute to a smooth hiring experience by coordinating interviews, tracking applicant progress, and handling related reporting and support duties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interview scheduling across candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams while ensuring calendars and meeting details remain accurate and up to date.
• Maintain applicant tracking records, monitor recruiting activity in real time, and provide timely status updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Support candidate pre-screening and pre-employment coordination by organizing documentation, confirming next steps, and helping move applicants through each stage efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute recruiting and interview materials, including digital and printed resources, to support a positive candidate experience.
• Use Microsoft Excel and related tools to track recruiting metrics, organize operational data, and support reporting needs.
• Facilitate communication through email, phone, and virtual platforms such as Zoom to ensure prompt responses and smooth coordination across teams.
