Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the vital link connecting our organizational goals with our talented workforce. Your energy and organizational skills will ensure smooth HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee relations, fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR functions that support our company's growth and employee engagement efforts. Responsibilities Manage talent acquisition intake. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization, providing comprehensive training and development resources. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) administration, workers' compensation claims, and other employee benefits management. Support performance management initiatives by facilitating employee evaluations, performance reviews, and succession planning strategies aligned with organizational goals. Coordinate with the Compliance Department to ensure local, state, and federal regulations are being followed. Maintain accurate HR data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Experience Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management strategies including talent management, organization design, and strategic planning. Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Kenexa BrassRing; proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting using Excel. Familiarity with payroll processing procedures and benefits administration practices to ensure accurate compensation and employee support. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, training delivery, and collaboration across departments. Previous experience working within an HRIS environment supporting employment & labor law compliance and personnel administration is highly desirable.
