Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator Location:
Open to either Rowlett, TX or Bonham, TX (on-site) Employment type:
Full-time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, standard business hours Tongrun International About the Role Tongrun International is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting. You'll be the operational backbone of the recruiting team, keeping candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels on track from application through offer. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition status in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and a positive experience Post and update job openings across job boards and internal career pages Support offer letter preparation, background checks, and pre-employment paperwork Coordinate new-hire onboarding logistics, including start dates and orientation materials Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline stage) and report on them to the recruiting team Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and campus outreach as needed Qualifications Required 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple interview schedules and shifting priorities Clear, professional written and verbal communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Experience working in manufacturing Preferred Experience with an applicant tracking system Familiarity with the Bonham/North Texas labor market Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field ISO / Quality Compliance Follow Tongrun International's
ISO 9001
quality management procedures and document-control standards in daily work Maintain candidate and hiring records in accordance with ISO-compliant recordkeeping practices (accuracy, retention, and confidentiality) Complete ISO-related training as required and support internal/external ISO audits when needed
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
