Job Description

Under general supervision, responsible for assisting with organizing, coordinating and executing human resource department projects and processes.
Relationship Management:
Ability to manage interactions to provide service and to support the organization.
Communication:
Ability to effectively exchange information with stakeholders.
Business Acumen:
Ability to understand and apply information with which to contribute to the organization's strategic plan.
Leadership:
Ability to direct and contribute to initiatives and processes within the organization.
Ethical Practice:
Ability to integrate core values, integrity, and accountability throughout all organizational and business practices.
HR Expertise:
Knowledge of principles, practices, and functions of effective human resource management. Bachelors degree is required. Supports HR by triaging and providing information and advice for HR related policies and procedure, and thoroughly documenting casework. Provides the Intake for employee relations matters to ensure effective achievement of legally compliant resolutions in a timely manner and within institutional guidelines. Updates and maintains HR related policies and procedures, to include providing guidance and responding to general inquiries. Coordinates and responds to unemployment claims by investigating and collecting information to determine appropriate steps. Performs all other duties as assigned.
