Job Description
Job Overview We are a small office looking for a part-time front desk administrator to maintain the operational tasks listed below. This candidate will have a strong work ethic, be assertive, proactive, professional, and motivated to get the job done. Responsibilities Answering phones daily Check the general mailbox voicemail Assist with opening mail and distributing Assist with checking company emails and distributing emails and documents properly Process deposits and applying payments to accounts daily, etc. Assist w/ sorting invoices, setting up payments, etc. Assist w/keeping track of schedules and matrixes Prepare and mail out client organizers annually Prepare packages for shipment Update postage meter as necessary Scan documents & maintain the filing system Prepare miscellaneous letters when requested Maintain conference room schedule for tenants Coordinate and work w/vendors & tenants Manage Building Systems, etc Other miscellaneous jobs/ special projects as requested and during busy season Skills Organized Efficient Microsoft Office Good Communication Takes great notes and applies them to various tasks
