This position offers direct involvement in recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, training coordination, and day-to-day people operations. Your contribution to the HR department Recruitment coordination: Post approved vacancies, organize applications, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and keep hiring managers updated throughout the recruitment process.
New-hire onboarding:
Prepare offer and onboarding documents, collect required information, arrange orientation schedules, and ensure new employees know where to go and whom to meet.
Employee records:
Maintain accurate personnel files, contact information, training records, attendance documentation, and HR system updates while respecting confidentiality.
Internal support:
Respond to routine employee questions, direct benefits or payroll inquiries to the appropriate colleague, and help managers access the correct forms, policies, and HR resources.
Department administration:
Prepare letters, spreadsheets, reports, meeting notes, and internal communications while monitoring deadlines and following up on outstanding documentation.
Training and development:
Coordinate training sessions, maintain completion records, prepare materials, and support employee-development activities across the company.
