Job Description
We are looking for a full-time HR Assistant or Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department's daily activities. This position is for 40 hours a week. Some of the responsibilities for this position include updating our employee records with new hire information, assisting managers with screening resumes and scheduling interviews, and overall assisting or even taking charge of the initial onboarding process for new hires. Responsibilities Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks Address employee queries about benefits (like PTO, or Holiday information) Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies Participate in executing and organizing company events Preferential skills and abilities Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus but not required Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases Experience with Google and their productivity systems (sheets, docs, forms, ...etc) Understanding of full-cycle recruiting Basic knowledge or willingness to learn about labor legislation Organizational skills Currently pursuing education in Human Resources or a similar business degree.
