$22.00-$24.00 per Hour Position Summary The Temporary HR Coordinator supports recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative activities. This role is responsible for assisting with candidate sourcing, recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, and various HR projects while helping ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. This position is ideal for an individual looking to gain experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources while supporting a growing HR team. This is a temporary assignment expected to last approximately 4-6 months. Continuation of employment beyond the assignment period is not guaranteed and will depend on business needs. Essential Job Responsibilities Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Source candidates through job boards and other recruiting channels Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with maintaining active job postings and applicant pipelines Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements Prepare offer letters and related hiring documentation Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Onboarding Administration Prepare onboarding paperwork and new hire documentation Coordinate onboarding activities and orientation logistics Ensure completion of required employment forms and documentation Assist with new hire setup and onboarding workflows Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with company policies Support compliance related recordkeeping and documentation requirements HR Administrative Support Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Assist with HR filing, document management, and record organization Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents Provide general administrative support to the HR team Required Qualifications Excellent phone skills with a confident and professional presence when interacting with candidates, employees, and hiring managers Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Comfortable conducting candidate outreach, phone screenings, and candidate follow-up communications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and accountability Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, customer service, or administrative support Experience sourcing candidates through job boards and recruiting platforms Experience coordinating interviews and candidate communications Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar recruiting platforms Experience supporting onboarding activities and employment documentation Interest in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition What We're Looking For A highly organized individual who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service Someone who can build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees A self-starter who can effectively prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines An individual interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration A team player willing to support a variety of HR projects and initiatives as business needs require
