JOB SUMMARY
includes, but not limited to: Summary/Objective The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in executing day-to-day HR operations, driving recruitment pipelines, and ensuring seamless administrative execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Sitting between core administration and generalist execution, this position serves as a primary point of contact for employees and line managers regarding corporate policies, compliance tracking, and training systems. The ideal candidate balances meticulous compliance auditing with collaborative corporate staffing and talent initiatives to support organizational readiness and maintain superior workforce satisfaction. Essential Functions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate and manufacturing roles, including active candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating final hiring decisions. Partner continuously with departmental leadership and executive teams to support ongoing workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and strategic organizational staffing initiatives. ® Corporation at regional career fairs and professional recruitment events to actively enhance employer branding and attract top-tier manufacturing talent. Onboarding, Training & Employee Relations Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and structured orientation processes, creating a seamless experience that accelerates new hire integration into the company. Assist in the administration of the company-wide Learning Management System (LMS) to track, streamline, and centralize mandatory compliance tracking, safety certifications, and workforce development initiatives. Serve as a primary HR point of contact for plant employees and corporate managers, providing clear, compliant guidance on corporate HR policies, procedural handbooks, and employee relations matters. Draft and manage highly sensitive corporate employee documentation, ensuring exact legal accuracy, total regulatory alignment, and strict data confidentiality. Systems Administration, HRIS & Compliance Auditing Maintain and update employee records and internal HRIS data to guarantee total compliance with corporate, state, and federal labor standards. Conduct mandatory background screenings, credential verifications, and operational audit compliance activities while maintaining strict data integrity and a high level of confidentiality.
Position Requirements & Qualifications Required Education & Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive, hands-on experience in Human Resources positions (prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or aerospace production environment is strongly preferred). Demonstrated baseline knowledge of employment law, compliance administration, corporate compensation structures, and structured recruitment processes. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and proven database management or record-keeping skills. Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive files and maintain absolute corporate confidentiality. Exceptional oral and written communication skills paired with excellent interpersonal coaching capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field. Equivalent progressive work experience will be actively evaluated in lieu of a formal degree. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation. Specialized exposure to industrial safety requirements, progressive discipline tracking, or worker's compensation compliance.
Physical Demands & Environmental Conditions Base Schedule:
Standard hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but flexibility for occasional overtime (arriving early or staying late) is required based on plant operational needs.
Physical Environment:
Primarily a sedentary desk role based within a climate-controlled corporate office space, requiring intensive computer work and regular document reading for the majority of the workday.
Plant Floor Exposure:
Will be required to occasionally enter active manufacturing and production floor areas to support employee relations or training audits.
Physical Activity:
Occasional lifting and moving of recruitment materials, files, or career fair items up to 25 pounds unassisted, alongside occasional bending, reaching, or squatting. Why Work for
