3 Days onsite 2 Days remote Job Description We are seeking a high-energy, Technical Recruiting Coordinator to support a large-scale Talent Acquisition team for a premier Financial Services client. This role is specifically designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a high-volume environment and possesses a "figure it out" mentality. You will be supporting a massive technical hiring engine responsible for onboarding hundreds of candidates monthly. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a mastery of complex scheduling, and the ability to manage competing priorities for over 100 internal clients without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics for a variety of technical and IT roles. Expertly navigate complex calendars using Google Workspace/Google Products to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Act as a primary point of contact for over 100 internal hiring clients, providing professional and timely updates. Proactively identify bottlenecks in the recruiting funnel and resolve minor escalations independently, only looping in leadership for high-level issues. Ensure all candidate records and hiring stages are accurately tracked in the ATS. Required Qualifications Previous experience in a Technical Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Coordinator role is highly preferred. Experience within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is a significant plus. Proficiency with Google Products (Calendar, Drive, Sheets) is required. Proven ability to work in an environment hiring 200+ candidates per month. Exceptional communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and a high level of professional maturity. PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour on W2 •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
