PT Recruiting-HR Assistant Transpo Group USA Kirkland, WA Job Details Part-time $24 - $28 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Research Microsoft Teams Full Job Description Transpo Group is seeking a highly motivated part-time Recruiting-HR Assistant who can hit the ground running in assisting with our hiring efforts as our company is rapidly growing. The Recruiting-HR Assistant will support the day-to-day activities of the Recruiting and Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and enjoys connecting with others. They are eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, and willing to take ownership of tasks while supporting a variety of HR and recruiting activities. This role could be a great fit for a student seeking professional experience, a parent returning to the workforce, or an experienced professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity. The responsibilities of this role may include those listed below and will be finalized based on the needs of the business, while also considering the employee's recommendations. R esponsibilities : Maintains application process (including resume collection and review) Continually research and evaluate platforms for job advertisements Conducts prescreening and informational interviews to identify top candidates Communicate with HR Director, HR Generalist on applicant tracking and status Work with HR/Recruiting to schedule candidate interviews and debriefs Proactively develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Conducts Background Screenings and share findings with HR Department for final review Supports HR projects as assigned Assist with data entry, document management and record retention and employment paperwork Uphold Transpo Group values within hiring
Qualifications:
Must be to work hybrid, 10-15 hours a week Comfortable learning new systems and technology Capable of managing several high-priority open requisitions at one time Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Previous administrative, customer service, HR, recruiting, office support, or related experience preferred but not required. College coursework or degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field is a plus.
