Job Title:

Recruiting CoordinatorJob Description The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end hiring activities and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing recruiting logistics, maintaining accurate candidate records, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. The position offers an excellent opportunity to gain broad experience in talent acquisition and contribute to building a high-performing organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities

+ Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, including arranging travel for visiting candidates when needed.

+ Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems to ensure accurate and current information throughout the hiring process.

+ Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and ensure all related documentation and records are complete and accurate.

+ Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.

+ Track recruiting activities and prepare weekly reports on candidate status and pipeline progress.

+ Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and prepare and distribute debrief materials to interview teams.

+ Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience and increase scheduling efficiency, and share recommendations with the recruiting team.

+ Assist in the coordination and execution of other recruiting activities and projects as needed.

+ Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, to support a smooth and professional hiring process.

+ Adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic recruiting environment while maintaining a high level of organization and service. Essential Skills

+ At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a coordination-focused role.

+ Demonstrated experience in scheduling interviews and managing complex calendars.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

+ Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruiting systems.

+ Strong coordination and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

+ Bachelor's degree.

+ Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

+ Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience supporting talent acquisition or recruiting functions in a corporate or high-growth environment.

+ Background in administrative coordination or operations support roles.

+ Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates.

+ Proven ability to shift priorities quickly and manage competing deadlines.

+ Interest in developing a career in talent acquisition within a large technology-focused organization.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.

+ High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling candidate and hiring information. Work Environment This role is 100% onsite in Seattle and requires regular in-person collaboration within an office building environment. The position operates in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting setting where priorities can shift quickly, and responsiveness is essential. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, frequently using recruiting systems, applicant tracking tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting. The work environment emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and a high level of organization while supporting a positive and engaging candidate experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
