HR Assistant

Description Robert Half is looking for an HR Assistant to join a local company in the Spokane area!

Job duties include:

• Supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintaining personnel files and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
• Assisting with payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping updates
• Preparing HR documents, reports, and correspondence
• Helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Providing general support to HR staff on projects and employee relations tasks

Requirements Requirements:

• Previous HR, administrative, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency with MS Office required
• Experience with HRIS or ATS systems strongly preferred
