REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. One to three years of administrative experience required; experience in human resources, payroll, recruiting, or safety coordination. Working knowledge of HR practices, employee recordkeeping, confidentiality requirements, policy administration, compliance tracking, performance management support, training coordination, and general employment processes. Ability to learn and accurately use HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, applicant tracking, and Microsoft Office systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset. Ability to support and work within a faith-based organizational culture with professionalism, respect, and alignment with the organization's mission and values. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience supporting payroll processing or serving as a payroll back-up. Experience coordinating workplace safety programs, safety committees, incident reports, or workers' compensation documentation. Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Experience supporting performance review cycles, training coordination, learning records, or employee development activities. Knowledge of applicable employment laws, workplace safety requirements, HR compliance practices, policy administration, performance management processes, and employee training coordination. SHRM-CP, PHR, payroll, safety, or related training/certification preferred but not required.WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL FACTORS
