Job Description

Our Camp Administrator position will be responsible for leading and maintaining the day-to-day functions at the Lakeside Foods owned camp(s) in Belgium, WI. This consists of acquisition of cleaning materials and other supplies that are needed to maintain the camps in proper condition/order according to the DWD guidelines.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct oversight of all camp residents' behavior and proper housekeeping. Responsible for decision making at the camp facilities regarding proper behavior, proper housekeeping, and proper human relations while at the camp. All inappropriate behavior and/or housekeeping will be directed to the Manager-Human Resources at the Belgium Facility. Responsible for any light duty maintenance items that can be handled appropriately; any major maintenance items will need to be brought to the attention of the Manager, Human Resources. The Manager, Human Resources will work with the Plant Maintenance Staff to properly address any major needs at the camp. Set up
Annual Inspections:
Fire, Exhaust Hoods, and monthly Fire Extinguisher checks. All contact information and issues will be handled by the Safety Manager at the Belgium Plant. Maintain good communication skills with tenants at the camp and report any concerns to the Manager, Human Resources. Assist in transportation needs for individuals that do not have a vehicle by utilizing company vehicle. Perform all janitorial duties at camp locations to maintain the camp in a clean and orderly manner. Assist in monitoring the grounds of the camp and report any issues to Manager, Human Resources. Assist in reminding camp residents of the proper policies/procedures that must be always adhered to while residing at the Lakeside Foods camp(s). Serve as a liaison between the camp residents and the Manager, Human Resources. Address and resolve minor issues/concerns raised by camp residents.
