We are looking to fill a position within our Human Resources team to cover for an upcoming maternity leave but as we continue to grow, are very open to a temp-to-hire setup. We are looking for a detailed, intendent, and personable human who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to help people understand Company benefits and be paid correctly!
What You'll Do Payroll Administration:
Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for a multi-shift, multi-state organization. Review and audit payroll data, time cards, deductions, and earnings. Enter merit increases, team member address changes and update team member dependent information. Resolve payroll discrepancies and team member payroll questions. Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records. Partner with our payroll provider to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Administer team member benefit programs including medical, dental, life, disability, and 401k plans. Responsible for new hire enrollment, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. Serve as the primary contact for team member benefit questions and issues. Coordinate plan details with benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely processing of changes. Assist with benefit communications and team member education.
Leave of Absence Management:
Administer
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, military leave, and other leave programs. Coordinate leave requests from initial intake through return-to-work. Partner with managers to ensure consistent administration of leave policies. Maintain required documentation and ensure confidentiality. Monitor leave trends and compliance requirements. Facilitate interactive process discussions and reasonable accommodation tracking.
Workers' Compensation Administration:
Coordinate workers' compensation claims from injury reporting through claim closure. Serve as the primary liaison between team members, leaders, medical providers, and the workers' compensation carrier. Monitor claim status, restrictions, and return-to-work plans. Maintain required documentation and reporting. What Makes You a Great Fit Naturally build trust and positive relationships with team member s at all levels of the organization. What Success Looks Like Payroll is processed accurately and on time every pay period. Team members receive timely, accurate responses to payroll, benefits, and leave questions. Leave programs are administered consistently and compliantly. Benefit enrollments and changes are completed accurately and efficiently. HR records and documentation are well-maintained and audit-ready. Team members and leaders view HR as a trusted, knowledgeable resource. Opportunities to improve processes are identified and implemented. Work Environment Combination of office and manufacturing floor exposure Regular interaction with all team members Supports multiple shifts including off-shift team members How to Stand Out Have hands-on experience owning payroll from start to finish - bonus for multi-shift, multi-state experience Have administered benefits, FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, or other leave programs with confidence and accuracy Energized by helping team members understand complex HR topics and educating them on the great company benefits that are offered Are comfortable balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Have worked with HRIS, payroll systems, or system implementations and enjoy leveraging technology to improve efficiency (iSolved experience is a huge bonus!) Excellent communication skills across multiple platforms including phone, in-person, email, and text Highly responsive with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Organized and detail-oriented with consistent follow-through Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset and a desire to challenge the status quo ("Seeker of Better" mentality)

Green Bay, WI Days & Hours:
