Job Description

HR & Employee Development Coordinator Fond du Lac, WI Flood Homes is seeking an HR & Employee Development Coordinator with 2-3 years of HR Coordinator or Generalist experience to support our growing team. This role partners with company leadership and our external HR consultant to coordinate daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, employee development, and performance management. Responsibilities Coordinate recruiting, applicant screening, and interview scheduling Lead new hire onboarding and orientation Maintain personnel files and HR records Track 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews Assist managers with coaching documentation and employee follow-up Coordinate employee training and development Draft performance improvement plans and disciplinary documentation Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and PTO Assist with payroll and other HR administrative duties as needed Qualifications 2-3 years of HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or related HR experience Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities HRIS and Microsoft Office experience preferred Why Join Us?
