Job Description
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Assist with daily operations of the home care agency Support caregiver scheduling and help coordinate shift coverage Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, availability, and client needs Assist with caregiver call-ins and staffing concerns Help identify and coordinate coverage for open shifts Assist with onboarding and training new caregivers Support new client introductions and caregiver/client matching Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff Assist with maintaining accurate employee and client records Help ensure caregivers are following company policies and care plans Assist with monitoring documentation and addressing operational concerns Support payroll, billing, and other administrative tasks as needed Assist with recruitment and interviewing of potential caregivers Help maintain a positive, supportive, and professional workplace culture Assist the Operations Manager with special projects and additional responsibilities as needed Step in to help resolve scheduling or staffing challenges when necessary Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have previous experience in an operations management, assistant operations management, office management, scheduling, staffing, or similar leadership role. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment and working independently to solve problems and support daily business operations.Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in an operations management, assistant operations management, office management, staffing, scheduling, or similar leadership position Experience managing schedules and coordinating staff or employee coverage Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and effectively manage changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team Professional, dependable, and reliable Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment Strong computer skills and the ability to learn company software systemsPreferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the home care, healthcare, senior care, or caregiving industry Experience working with caregiver scheduling and staffing Experience with employee onboarding, training, or recruitment Experience using scheduling, payroll, or employee management software Why Join Amada Senior Care?
