Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for a Summer 2027 Human Resources Intern to join our HR Team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain exposure to several areas of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, and other avenues.

Be an important part of the Human Resources team, supporting the full employee life cycle Identify potential candidates through resume sourcing and review Post and close jobs in our Applicant Tracking System and niche job boards Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interviewers Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation/Benefit activities Support projects to enhance our candidate, employee, and internal team experience Skills forSuccess:
