What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries. Coordinate and support the complete recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. Administer payroll changes and coordinate with the Finance Department on bi-weekly payroll processing. Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files. Oversee the City's workplace safety initiatives. Contribute to special projects that promote innovation, inclusion, and organizational growth. What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated professional with an Associate degree or applicable certifications in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A Bachelor degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may contribute toward the mastery of the above. Current salary range:
