Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping employees have a great experience at work. The HR Assistant will handle administrative tasks, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and help ensure HR processes run smoothly and confidentially.
Summary of functions:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates Support employee onboarding and off-boarding (paperwork, system setup, orientation coordination) Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and timekeeping records Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits Help organize training sessions, performance review cycles, and employee events Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and reports Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-2 years of administrative or HR-related experience is a plus Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices Proficiency in
