Human Resources Intern-Recruiting

Description The Human Resources Recruitment Intern at D&H Industries facilitates the end-to-end hiring process, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers. Key duties include scheduling interviews, posting job openings, managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), and ensuring a positive, efficient candidate experience.

Essential Functions:

Post positions in the ATS (applicant tracking system) Review applications Conduct phone and in-person interviews Administer assessments Utilize Indeed, Handshake and other recruitment means to reach out to passive applicants Assign onboarding Schedule drug test and Post-Offer Physical Attend and represent D&H at local job fairs College, High School and Community Outreach Temporary employee orientation Assemble new hire packets Filing, both electronically and via paper Requirements Actively pursuing an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field Microsoft Office Suite skills/experience Recruitment experience preferred but not required Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast paced environment
