Job Description
HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Oshkosh Door Company has an immediate need for an organized, customer-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role provides a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, coordinating talent acquisition efforts, HR processes and contributing to a positive workplace culture. As a key member of the HR team, you will help create an exceptional employee experience from recruiting through employment. This is an in-office position.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new‐hire onboarding by preparing employment paperwork, facilitate orientations, and ensuring completion of required documentation, including Form I-9.
- Assist with payroll processing by entering data, maintaining accurate records and supporting proper deductions.
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with benefits administration, including new hire enrollments, employee changes, terminations and annual open enrollment activities.
- Provide administrative support with the performance review process.
- Assist in coordinating employee engagement activities and company events.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation and assist in other areas as needed.
- Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
We prefer an Associate Degree and 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent education and experience combination. Proficient with Microsoft Suite including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and above average skills with Excel. Knowledge and experience with HRIS packages such as ADP and some knowledge of payroll software is a plus. General knowledge about human resource practices and laws. Professional, service oriented manner in working with others.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per weekBenefits:
