• 3rd shift premium premium + Pay for Performance = $22/hr plus incentive pay Plateco is looking for motivated, high energy, safety-oriented employees to join our Precision Squad! 3rd shift position, running (4) 10-hour shifts from 9 pm
• 7 am Sunday night thru Wednesday night, saving the 5th day for any overtime needed on all lines except Rack 3. Rack 3 line is running (4) 8
• hour shift, 32 hours a week currently from 11pm-7am.

This is still consider a fulltime position, with full time benefits. With your hourly rate + incentive pay the current average is about $23/hr @ the 32 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

Assistant Operator Perfectionists will be racking and un-racking a variety of metal parts, to be zinc-plated, according to the work orders. Operator Perfectionists will be running the lines per work orders and leading the team lines.
