You won't just fill roles — you'll help build careers and keep our team running strong.

Recruiting:

Source and attract top automotive talent (technicians, sales, leadership & more) Build pipelines using Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals & creative sourcing Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and guide the hiring process Represent Fremont Motors at job fairs, schools, and community events

HR Support:

Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Support benefits administration and general HR processes Help coordinate training, engagement, and employee initiatives Be a go-to resource for employees and help foster a positive workplace culture You are often the first impression of Fremont Motors — and a key part of the employee experience.
