DOE Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to join a local client. The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department with various administrative tasks and provide excellent service to employees and candidates.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and updating employee records. Maintain and organize HR files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in processing payroll by collecting timesheets and ensuring accurate data entry. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general information. Support the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed. Assist in maintaining employee databases and ensuring data accuracy. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role. Previous experience with HRIS software preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Dependable, reliable.
Pay Details:
