Temporary Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner $100/Hour | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM | 3-Month Assignment Are you a seasoned HR leader who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments? We are seeking a Temporary Sr. Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide strong, visible leadership and immediate support to a manufacturing site during a critical transition period. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can confidently manage employee relations matters, coach leaders, navigate complex people issues, and help maintain a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Manage high-volume employee relations matters, including investigations, complaints, conduct concerns, attendance issues, and corrective actions. Coach leaders on performance management, policy application, documentation, and difficult employee conversations. Serve as a visible and trusted HR partner for employees and leadership across the site. Identify and escalate organizational and employee relations risks proactively. Partner with HR, Employee Relations, Legal, WorkWell, and Site Leadership teams to ensure consistent practices. Help maintain site stability and continuity while supporting immediate people priorities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 12+ years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment. Extensive employee relations and investigations experience. Proven ability to influence and coach leaders at all levels. Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex HR challenges with sound judgment. Why Apply?
