In this role, you will align HR strategies with business goals, advising leaders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance, and talent development. You'll lead recruiting and onboarding for key roles, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment and safety regulations. Working in a hands-on, team-oriented culture, you'll use HR data to recommend improvements and help build a high-performance, safety-focused workforce supporting critical industrial customers.
