  • What you'll do...
  • This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team.
Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

  • What You'll Do:
  • + Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments + Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies + Find creative solutions to customer and operational issues + Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs + Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards

  • $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
