A growing and evolving organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources operations across multiple locations. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while helping drive employee engagement, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

$95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus a 20% target bonus

Key Responsibilities

+ Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations

+ Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns

+ Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives

+ Oversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendors

+ Partner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processes

+ Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements

+ Maintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness efforts

+ Assist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives

+ Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the employee experience

+ Support organizational growth, change management, and other strategic people initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

+ Several years of progressive human resources experience

+ Strong knowledge of employment regulations, employee relations, and HR best practices

+ Experience supporting benefits, HR administration, and compliance functions

+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization

+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

+ Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
