What You'll Be Doing:
(Key Responsibilities) A key member of the People & Culture team, you are responsible for a number of critical components of our people-first strategy Champion employee engagement and team culture, creating the moments and traditions that bring our Core Values to life day to day Leverage your heart for hospitality, caring for the team and our customers by ensuring an inviting and inspiring work environment Plan and execute team events, celebrations, and offsite meetings from concept through follow-up
  • including budget, logistics, and vendor coordination Assist with recruiting and onboarding
  • scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate visits, preparing workspaces and equipment, and making a new teammate's first days memorable Think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately and manage time effectively Manage multiple requests and priorities
  • staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs Own the relationships with key office vendors and suppliers Support office compliance efforts
  • helping build and maintain our office safety plan, assisting with updates to the employee handbook, and keeping required workplace signage current and posted Create, maintain, and regularly refresh content for our office TV slides, keeping the team informed and the space feeling alive, working closely with Creative Director Manage our company swag vendor relationship, including order management, inventory, distribution, and invoicing Provide occasional support to our leadership team, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements tied to team events Work cross-functionally with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommending changes in team practices and procedures Additional HR responsibilities as capabilities are demonstrated What You'll Bring to the
Role:
(Key Qualifications) Office management, hospitality, or People/HR support experience strongly preferred 3+ years in an office management, coordinator, or people-facing support role Demonstrated experience planning and executing events, from small team gatherings to company-wide celebrations Experience thriving in a collaborative setting, able to work with individuals at all levels of an organization Strong verbal and written communication skills Creativity and innovation for complex problem solving Comfort creating clear, on-brand internal communications
  • slides, signage, and announcements Familiarity with recruiting and onboarding coordination, or a strong desire to learn Demonstrated experience handling highly sensitive and confidential material Proven ability to keep a calm head under pressure and exercise judgement Discretion, diplomacy, and excellent judgment; a high degree of integrity when dealing with confidential information, people, and sensitive situations We love our snacks here at Fulcrum.
Part of your role will be ensuring the team snacks and drinks are stocked and ready. This will require frequent, physical handling of groceries, drinks, and supplies.
