Shape the culture. Make a real impact. We're looking for a People Manager who wants to do more than just manage HR processes—you'll play a key role in building a strong, engaged, and high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll partner directly with leadership and employees to improve how we hire, develop, and support our people. What You'll Do Own end-to-end hiring for a variety of technical and non-technical positions Lead and enhance our onboarding and employee lifecycle experience including goals, controls and KPI development. Enable and coach managers on soft skills, individual performance, feedback, and team development Drive employee engagement, risk management, andretention initiatives Drive AeroSpec's company values throughout the organization Address employee concerns and help resolve issues professionally and fairly Maintain HR processes, policies, and compliance Identify opportunities to strengthen culture, communication, and accountability What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or a similar role Strong interpersonal skills—you build trust quickly and communicate clearly Comfortable working directly with employees on the floor and with leadership Practical, solutions-oriented mindset Experience in manufacturing, technical, or fast-paced environments is a plus Experience in leadership training, mentoring and goal development is a plus Why This Role Matters You won't be sitting on the sidelines.
