Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) are a plus; workplace investigations training or certification preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years focused on employee relations and workplace investigations. 2+ years of experience supervising or leading HR team members. Thorough knowledge of federal and Arizona employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and ADEA, and experience responding to agency charges. Proven ability to conduct and oversee objective, well-documented investigations and to make sound, defensible recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise leaders at all levels of the organization. Maintain a high level of integrity and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including intermediate Excel knowledge. Experience with an HRIS (Paylocity preferred) is a plus. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to communities across the Valley up to 80% of the time, with the remaining time spent at Mark-Taylor's corporate office in Scottsdale.
