Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Manage full-cycle recruiting including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination Partner with leadership on hiring decisions and workforce planning Oversee offer process and pre-employment requirements Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Lead onboarding process for all new hires Maintain accurate and compliant employee records Manage employee transitions, including performance documentation, disciplinary actions, and terminations Employee Relations Serve as the primary HR contact for employee questions and concerns Provide guidance to leadership on performance management and employee issues Support a professional, respectful, and accountable workplace culture HR Compliance Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbook Support HIPAA and OSHA-related HR compliance HR Operations Maintain HR systems and employee files Coordinate with payroll provider for updates and changes Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of Human Resources experience Healthcare or medical practice experience strongly preferred Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and compliance Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Highly organized and able to work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

SHRM-CP or PHR certification Experience supporting multi-location organizations Experience with HR systems (Paylocity experience a plus)

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
