You will be the first point of contact for employees on site and handle the full range of day-to-day HR work, supporting a workforce of 100+ employees and independent contractors. What you will do Manage all job postings: draft and publish openings, maintain job boards, track applicants, and own onboarding for every new hire Run onboarding end to end: offer letters, new-hire paperwork, orientation, system access and first-week setup Administer the independent contractor lifecycle, working with Legal and Accounting on classification and payment Handle employee relations, including intake of concerns, workplace investigations and documented follow-up Support payroll with timekeeping, pay changes and commission documentation Administer leaves of absence, accommodations and workers compensation reporting Keep the company current on California and federal employment requirements What you bring 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year handling employee relations independently Experience supporting 100+ workers, including a contingent workforce Working knowledge of California employment law Proficiency with HRIS, applicant tracking and payroll systems Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PHR, SHRM-CP or similar is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Details Monday to Friday, on-site in Beverly Hills, with frequent visits to our Van Nuys office. $30.00 to $36.00 per hour based on experience, plus medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time.
