Staffing:

workforce planning, recruiting, on-boarding, promotion, rotation, relocation and expatriation support, and redundancy. (2)

Compensation and Benefits:

Learning and Development:

Employee Engagement:

employee relations and engagement initiatives. 2. Administration support to LA and Denver offices, and to home-based employees locate in USA and Canada. 3. HR and administration compliance initiatives. Provide weekly report / weekly communicate with headquarter HR team.

Qualifications Work Authorization:

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Professional Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.

HR Core Knowledge:

Strong understanding of U.S. employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to build trust across diverse teams.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
