Exempt Position Summary:
The Employee Experience (Human Resources) Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that enhance the overall employee experience across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on developing programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, foster a positive workplace culture, and support the organization's mission and values while ensuring HR functional excellence across multi-site operations. The ideal candidate is a dynamic HR professional with a passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and execute a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with business objectives in support of Falcon's goal to become the employer of choice within our industry. Develop initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Culture Champion in support of a welcoming and respectful workplace. Partner with managers to embed cultural elements into daily operations and communications. Support communication strategies that ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to assess employee sentiment and identify improvement opportunities. Analyze engagement data and provide actionable insights to management. Support the recruiting function to ensure Falcon's ability to hire the best and brightest in the industry. Present in Academy, creating a seamless and engaging onboarding that promotes early employee connection and the integration of new hires into the Falcon culture. Monitor and improve the employee journey touchpoints to ensure a consistent and supportive experience. Respond to employee inquiries with the highest level of customer service. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Support performance management process. Identify training and development needs that support employee growth and career progression Plan and direct the employee relations function including appropriate follow up and documentation. Provide support to employees and make recommendations to managers. Manage employee records ensuring documents, writeups, investigations, reviews, and other feedback or correspondence is stored in an employee's personnel file according to policy and compliance. Oversee company leave administration including Federal and State employee leave programs and Workers Compensation. Coordinate benefits function and resolve benefits related inquiries. Conduct exit/stay interviews, developing offboarding processes that maintain positive relationships and gather actionable feedback. Utilize metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of employee experience strategies and continuously optimize processes. Examine and recommend enhancements to HR processes to ensure continuous improvement of Falcon's support of our internal and external customers.
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Proven success in relationship building and driving positive culture change. Advanced knowledge of human resource principles, practices and procedures. California experience required. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS or related software. ADP experience required.
LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED
Passionate about delivering outstanding employee experiences through the facilitation of specific moments/experiences along the employee lifecycle. Ability to develop human capital by mentoring peers and apprentices. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, demonstrating a high degree of empathy, customer focus, and discretion. Capacity to think strategically and implement strategic initiatives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ensuring employees have the best experience while engaging with the People Team. Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaborate as part of a team.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years human resources related experience required. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other field and/or equivalent experience. HR Certification (HRCI/SHRM) credential preferred. Ability to visit Falcon's (local) regional stations.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. This is a general statement of required major duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned. Falcon is

$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
