Fractional HR Business Partner We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for an interim assignment through year-end. This role will support established performance management, calibration, and year-end rewards processes for corporate, office-based employee populations. The ideal candidate is a seasoned HRBP with strong judgment, operational discipline, and experience coaching leaders through structured HR processes. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy-development position. Key Responsibilities Partner with HR leadership, managers, and business leaders to execute performance, calibration, and year-end rewards processes.

Coach managers on established HR programs, timelines, frameworks, and escalation paths.

Facilitate calibration preparation, follow-up, and process adherence.

Provide day-to-day HRBP support to assigned corporate business groups.

Partner with HR, Legal, Compensation, and other stakeholders to resolve questions and escalate complex matters appropriately.

Support year-end compensation and rewards administration, including data review, reporting, tracking, and manager follow-up.

Use data and documentation to monitor progress, identify gaps, and ensure timely, accurate execution.

Provide limited employee relations support, escalating sensitive matters as appropriate. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally at the Senior Manager or Director level.

Strong HRBP experience supporting corporate/professional employee populations.

Hands-on experience with performance management, calibration, rewards, and manager coaching.

Strong Excel, data management, and reporting skills; pivot table experience required.

Demonstrated ability to execute established programs independently with sound judgment and discretion.

Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Experience in technology, e-commerce, or other fast-paced corporate environments.

Experience with structured performance ratings, calibration, and year-end compensation processes.

Familiarity with Workday, UKG, ADP, Asana, Box, or similar systems.

Master's degree preferred.
