Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leadership to carry out human resources programs and apply company policies in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end payroll activities, including reviewing time records, validating attendance data, calculating pay, and coordinating payroll tax administration.
- Monitor payroll practices to help ensure adherence to applicable federal, state, and local wage and tax requirements.
- Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and compensation matters with timely and accurate guidance.
- Coordinate new employee setup and offboarding activities, including communicating key information related to payroll and available benefits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date personnel documentation and ensure employee records are handled accurately and confidentially.
- Support the administration of benefit plans by assisting with enrollments, updates, and employee communications.
- Address employment-related inquiries and provide clear interpretation of HR policies, procedures, and workplace guidelines.
- Assist with payroll reviews, audits, and reporting to provide leadership with reliable information for decision-making.
