Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for employee relations, workplace compliance, and investigations? Join a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in supporting employees and HR teams across multiple locations while helping foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. Job Duties Lead and support employee relations investigations from intake through resolution Coach and mentor HR Business Partners on investigations, corrective actions, and policy interpretation Review disciplinary actions and termination decisions for consistency and compliance Partner with legal counsel on employment claims, litigation, subpoenas, mediations, and arbitrations Conduct complex workplace investigations and prepare detailed case documentation Analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and support compliance audits Maintain and update employee relations policies and programs Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and conflict resolution Travel up to 20% as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience 7+ years of progressive Human Resources and Employee Relations experience Experience leading HR professionals or HR Business Partners Strong background in workplace investigations, employee discipline, and employment law Experience supporting employment claims and litigation matters Bilingual Spanish skills preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Commuter/Parking Accounts People Perks Program Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance If you're ready to bring your employee relations expertise to an impactful leadership opportunity, and take the next step in your HR career with a team that values professionalism, collaboration, and compliance.
