We're looking for someone with: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. 8+ years of progressive, comprehensive HR experience within large, multinational organizations, including demonstrated success as an HR business partner. Proven ability to translate business strategies into practical, high-impact people and organizational solutions. Experience building, developing, and leading teams within a global matrix environment. Strong expertise across HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Demonstrated success leading organizational design, transformation, and change management initiatives. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PPI. Advanced analytical, project management, and data interpretation capabilities. Strong executive communication, influencing, and presentation skills. The ability to connect people strategies to measurable business outcomes. Expertise in contemporary HR practices and employment law. High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to challenge, advise, influence, and coach senior leaders. PHR, SPHR, or other professional HR certification is desirable. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
