The Senior HR Business Partner leads the daily operations of HR within an assigned area or location, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services. This role provides strategic guidance and consultation to leaders at all levels regarding organizational issues, employee challenges, engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and other key initiatives. The Senior HR Business Partner partners closely with the Network HR Director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Must have leadership experience. Verifiable experience successfully coaching, advising, and consulting with leaders on organizational issues and employee challenges. Demonstrated ability to serve as a proxy for a Director in leadership meetings and related activities. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce planning. Ability to manage complex employee relations matters and investigations. Strong communication, consulting, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work fully on-site in Marysville, CA. Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification preferred. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred. Key Responsibilities Leads the daily operations of HR within the assigned area or location of responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective delivery of HR services. Serves as the point of contact for assigned HR team members, fostering professional growth and development and encouraging continuous learning. Champions the shaping and nurturing of workplace culture and engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission and values and foster an environment of belonging. Leads the development and implementation of HR strategies and change management initiatives and supports organizational transformation efforts. Provides strategic guidance to all levels of leadership related to engagement, organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and other key initiatives. Serves as a proxy for the Director in leadership meetings and related responsibilities. Partners with the Network HR Director and network HR teams to foster collaboration and alignment across the network. Oversees and guides complex employee relations cases, including investigations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes aligned with legal requirements, policies and procedures, and organizational values. Ensures compliance with employment laws and mitigates HR-related risks through collaboration with legal and compliance teams.AYA DELIVERS
