POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to provide strategic HR support and serve as a key partner to leadership. This role will work closely with management and employees while supporting organizational goals, employee relations, and leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience and be comfortable representing the HR Director when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a strategic HR partner to organizational leadership and management. Act as the proxy for the HR Director in leadership meetings and other key discussions. Represent HR leadership and communicate priorities, decisions, and initiatives effectively. Provide guidance and support to managers and leaders on HR-related matters. Support employee relations, performance management, and workplace initiatives. Partner with leadership on organizational development and employee engagement. Help drive HR policies, processes, and strategic initiatives. Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism. Collaborate across departments to resolve complex HR issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar senior-level HR role . 5 years Leadership experience required. Experience representing or supporting senior HR leadership. Ability to serve as a proxy for the Director in leadership meetings . Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and confidently with leadership and management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be available to work onsite in Marysville, CA .
SCHEDULE
Day Shift Monday-Friday Onsite Start Date:
September 14, 2026 COMPENSATION $45-$50 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
