ABOUT THE ROLE
The HR Business Partner, Manager plays a strategic leadership role in aligning people strategies with business objectives across assigned departments or functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to all levels of employees and provides high-level guidance on organizational design, talent management, change management, and performance optimization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Act as the primary business partner to the organization to build effective teams and achieve business goals and objectives. Builds and maintains strong relationships with departmental leaders to provide strategic guidance and workforce planning support. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Distribution Center employees Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization Implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with overall business strategy Analyzes HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement,) to recommend data-driven solutions and improvements. Manage and develop HR members for future HR leaders. Administers and execute routine tasks to include reasonable accommodation, termination, disciplinary action etc. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the HR team. Supports compensation reviews, job evaluations, and other initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with department needs and organizational priorities. Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state and local requirements Other roles and responsibilities as needed

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of progressive HR roles in a DC environment. HR certifications, preferred. Must be bi-lingual in Spanish. The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115-000/yr USD.
