Position Location:
This position is located on site in Moffett Field, California.
Job Overview:
Leads HR operations supporting a diverse, technically skilled workforce responsible for maintaining and operating specialized facilities such as laboratories, clean rooms, research centers, and utility infrastructures. Ensures proper staffing, training, compliance, and employee relations to maintain efficient operations across a large, multi‑functional campus. Provides oversight of HR processes that support both routine and mission‑critical activities.
Pay Rate:
$100,000 - $110,000 / year
Responsibilities:
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce scheduling, and employee relations. Maintain compliance with federal regulations and internal policies. Manage training programs, performance reviews, and HR records. Support communication between management and employees.
Job Requirements:
Mandatory:
Minimum 3-5 years of HR supervisory or management experience supporting technical, maintenance, engineering, or industrial workforce populations. Strong working knowledge of federal labor regulations (EEO, ADA, FMLA, wage & hour, etc.). Experience handling workforce planning for multi‑shift or 24/7 operational environments. Ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and digital record management systems. Experience developing or conducting training, onboarding programs, or compliance briefings. Strong documentation, reporting, and policy interpretation skills.
