Job Description

Intuit's Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Workforce Solutions Product Management organization within the Employment Policies capability. This role supports our mission of transforming Workforce Solutions from a reactive system into a proactive, intelligent compliance platform for small and mid-market businesses. You will help simplify complex labor laws for customers by owning the Time Off (PTO) policy experience and contributing to a stronger onboarding journey. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the Time Off (PTO) policy experience within Payroll Employment Policies, working toward a consistent, single source of truth across QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time. You will also partner closely with our Principal PM who owns Workforce Setup/Onboarding, contributing to improvements in our onboarding experiences and the Overview page that help customers get set up and find value quickly. This is a great role for a PM who wants to build deep domain expertise in payroll compliance while working alongside a more senior PM on a broader roadmap. Responsibilities Own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for Time Off (PTO) policy features within QuickBooks Payroll, working toward a consolidated experience across QuickBooks Payroll and QuickBooks Time. Define product requirements and success metrics for Time Off features, and partner with engineering and compliance teams to ensure accuracy across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. Support the Workforce Setup / Onboarding experiences and the Overview page, helping identify and prioritize the highest-impact opportunities for new and existing customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, GTM) to deliver end-to-end improvements, from policy setup through in-product enforcement and onboarding. Use data, user feedback, and AI tools to identify friction points in Time Off and onboarding / Overview workflows, and translate them into clear, well-organized product requirements. Contribute customer and data insights to the broader Employment Policies roadmap and strategy discussions led by senior PM and Principal PM peers. Qualifications 2+ years in product management, ideally with some exposure to Payroll, Time Management, HR compliance, or related domains. Strong project management and execution skills, with a track record of delivering well-scoped features against clear success metrics. Comfortable operating within a defined scope while partnering with senior PMs / Principal PMs on a shared roadmap. Working knowledge of, or strong interest in building, multi-jurisdictional compliance fluency (US federal/state/local, Canada and UK bonus). Excellent ability to translate customer and stakeholder input into clear requirements, roadmaps, and product artifacts, using AI tools to work efficiently. Undergraduate degree in technology, business, or a related field. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits ). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
