The experience you bring:
10+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as a People Business Partner, partnering with and influencing senior leaders on complex organizational and workforce decisions Experience working with Technology organizations and leaders Bachelor's degree, Master's in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Strong background in talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, or leadership development. Advanced proficiency with analytics, insights, and AI‑enabled HR tools. Exceptional influencing skills and executive presence, with the ability to lead through ambiguity. Experience working in complex, global, or matrixed organizations. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. What Makes You Stand Out Proven ability to diagnose organizational challenges and architect scalable solutions. Strong data storytelling skills—able to turn analytics into clear, compelling leadership insights. Demonstrated ability to drive culture, inclusion, and change‑readiness across global teams. The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay. $167,670.00- $204,930.
