HR Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Pasadena, Texas. This Contract to permanent position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in employee relations, HR policies, and performance management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive relationships within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate payroll and leave processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective performance management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Support organizational goals by aligning HR practices with business needs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote employee development.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
